As the first villa, at the beginning of the bulge on the point, it is the only one with ocean, bay and beach views in all four directions. You can enjoy these views through four extra windows facing beach and bay; in the living room, dining room, and two of the bedrooms. It is the only villa with an open patio, no wall on the patios right side, so it is open to amazing wraparound views and refreshing cross breezes. It is the only villa with a custom privacy fence around the pool, offering seclusion without blocking the view. It is the only villa with an outside staircase providing a private entrance to the two upstairs suites and balcony.
